KAMPALA – With a few weeks to the passing of the 2023/24 National Budget, Members of Parliament have expressed scepticism over the proposed sh52 Trillion budget proposed for passing in the coming financial year, saying it is unrealistic and unachievable and should not be passed in its current state.

The MPs instead called on the finance ministry to proposal ; more avenues that can be used to fund the proposed budget if it is to be passed.
