Raw sugar cane isn’t any healthier than regular sugar this is because they both have identical chemical composition and they’re made up of the molecule sucrose, which is formed by simple sugars such as fructose and glucose. Eating too much of raw sugar can will lead to unwanted weight gain and chronic illnesses.
