The gesture of protest in the stands during the heavy defeat to St. Gallen

Mario Balotelli’s experience in Switzerland with the Sion jersey is not going as the former AC Milan and Inter Milan striker hoped: his Sion team is in crisis and is now in second-to-last place in the standings after the heavy home defeat against St. Gallen.

At the end of the match, the team was heavily protested by the fans, who took it out on the ownership and especially on the Brescia striker, who is unable to make an impact on the pitch (SuperMario’s last goal was last November).

Some fans burned a T-shirt with the player’s number 45 on it in the stands, openly protesting him with some chants and banners, “Sweat for the jersey or go away.”
