Ovarian cancer is the uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells in the ovaries. This cancer can grow for a long time before it is diagnosed because ovarian cancer often does not cause any symptoms until it has spread beyond the ovary. Even if the disease has spread, symptoms may be mild and attributed to other problems. Symptoms, such as frequent urination and bloating, are also vague.

Ovarian cancer is a cancer that begins in ovaries. This cancer often goes undetected until it has spread within pelvis and abdomen for 10 years more. Early diagnosis and treatment helps for good survival and healthy quality of life. But, the more delay in diagnosis, more poor prognosis. Sometimes ovarian cancer can remain undetected for more than 10 years. But, they can also present suddenly and when spread in pelvis and abdomen.
